Ouch - that looks as though i's seen better days. Or perhaps it was never much better. The dead tree really emphasises the dereliction.

Another great Black and White. The detail is great and it is one of those photos that holds your attention...looking around at all the aspects such as the windows. the different types of brick and stone and the curious structure at the top of the building.
